The Sustainable Angler Podcast: Author Stephen Sautner

Posted on June 29, 2019

Rick Crawford

In this episode of The Sustainable Angler Podcast I interview Stephen Sautner who is a New York Times Contributor and author of two fly fishing books: Fish On, Fish OFF: The Misadventures of a Self-Taught Angler and A Cast in the Woods: A Story of Fly Fishing, Fracking and Floods in the Heart of Trout Country. Stephen is also the Director of Communications for the Wildlife Conservation Society at the Bronx Zoo. We discuss everything from writing, fly fishing, climate change and what it’s really like to own your own cabin in the woods!

Special thanks to Stephen for taking the time for an interview and for writing such a great read in A Cast in the Woods!
